Growing up between cultures has always shaped the way Marine Léa Thomas sees the world—and the characters she's drawn to. Raised in Germany by a French and Cameroonian family, she developed an early curiosity about people, languages, and the stories that connect us. Today, she works as an actor across the United States and Europe, performing in French, German, and English.

Marine trained at Cours Florent in Paris before continuing her studies at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London and the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. She continues to train regularly, believing that acting is a craft that constantly evolves.

Her recent work includes leading roles in the festival-selected short films War is Never Civil, Butterfly, and Passing Through – The Highlands, as well as The Ghost of You. As these projects have made their way through the festival circuit, her work has been featured in publications including Digital Journal, LA Weekly, Village Voice, CanvasRebel, Bold Journey, and Shoutout LA.

Before becoming an actor, Marine earned a degree in Global Business and worked in the startup world. That chapter gave her firsthand insight into ambitious, driven people from many different backgrounds—experience she now brings to her work in front of the camera.

Whether she's playing someone quietly vulnerable or fiercely determined, Marine is most interested in stories that explore identity, resilience, and the complexity of human relationships.

Marine is based between New York and Europe. She is authorized to work in the United States under an O-1 visa.
